• Allow to dry for 1- 2 minutes.

Tips For Achieving The Best Scar Results:
  1. AVOID THE SUN: Sun exposure on new scars can cause permanent hyperpigmentation,
or darkening, of the scar. Use Silagen®+ SPF30 on areas exposed to the sun.
  2. FOLLOW YOUR DOCTOR’S ORDERS: Correct post-op incision care will help prevent infection and inflammation, which could worsen scar appearance.
  3. USE SILAGEN®: Clinical studies have proven the effectiveness of silicone gel and sheets in the prevention and treatment of scars, and they are recommended by scar experts as the preferred first-step treatment to get the best results.
  4. BE CONSISTENT AND PERSISTENT: Silicone works by forming a layer over the skin. Use as directed every day for the full recommended length of treatment.

All Silagen® products may be used exclusively for the full course of treatment, or combined as day and night treatments as advised by your doctor. Ask your doctor for more information about Silagen® so you can start refining your scar!
